Health & Wellbeing | This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, running from Monday 18 to Sunday 24 May 2020 and this year’s theme is kindness. The Mental Health Foundation, Every Mind Matters and Time to Change have lots of practical advice on how to do that in these uncertain times.

Wellbeing Webinar  This week’s session, on Wednesday 20 May, 4pm to 5pm, will focus on applying principles for psychological support to maintain wellbeing and enhance recovery during and beyond Covid-19, including learning from the Ebola crisis.
