IAPT Service Good Practice Forum, Liverpool, Friday 24th April 2020
This unique forum will tackle the strategic, planning and leadership requirements of an IAPT service, enabling the audience to shine a light on the long-term sustainability of their service. The one day event will cover four themes:
- Good IAPT service delivery: reassessing the IAPT manual and a service user perspective
- Preventing vicarious trauma: identify current approaches to supervision and support required
- Leadership and the impact on staff wellbeing: what does a good leader look like?
- Workforce strategy and planning: predicting staffing levels and managing waiting times
In addition by attending you have an opportunity to sit with your colleagues to make the most of group discussions on moderated tables. The table moderators will help guide and develop the different discussions, empower you to challenge your current approach and identify opportunities for change.
