The University of Salford is accepting applications to its MSc Public Health, a programme ideal for professionals who wish to develop the skills and knowledge to take a lead role in areas such as prevention, promotion, protection and international health.
The MSc Public Health adopts a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based approach, focusing on the social determinants of health. Students will be exposed to a range of important issues that are recurrent in public health practice both nationally and globally. Several of the modules are also available for standalone continuing professional development.
“Enrolling in the MSc Public Health was a way to enhance my capacity to contribute positively to improving population/community health. After graduation, I have led major international projects. My research skills improved during my study and that was pivotal in the successes achieved on the projects I led.” - Chuks Onwunyi, graduated 2017
