The Psychological Professions Network

We are a multi-professional network created with the support of Health Education England to represent psychological practitioners working across health and care in the North West of England. This includes anyone whose primary role is providing NHS funded therapies and interventions for individuals, families and communities.

The network has two key roles – championing the importance of psychological professions across the whole of health care, and improving access to services and knowledge. We work with key stakeholders to make sure everyone understands the equal importance of physical and mental health, and the relationship between the two.

Becoming a member of the Psychological Professions Network gives you access to a wide variety of resources and opportunities to contribute and influence. We can support you in sharing clinical excellence, developing leadership skills, linking into research and innovation, and promoting education and training opportunities. We also offer a single point of contact for anyone wanting to learn more about the psychological professions and its workforce.
